The Balboa GS523DZ control box is a 230 V spa system equipped with a 3.0 kW M7 heater. It supports three pumps (Pump 1 as dual-speed or single-speed with circulation pump, Pumps 2 and 3 as single-speed), an optional blower, ozone generator, and 12 V lighting. The unit is compatible with Balboa Deluxe VL series topside panels, such as the VL801D. It includes a dedicated port (J17) for either a blower or an additional single-speed pump, protected by a 10 A quick-blow fuse. The system operates on a 230 V, 50 Hz power supply and is suitable for retrofit or replacement installations.
